Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period for digital products is fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded.

The withdrawal period for physical products is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

If the goods are received damaged or defective, IZHAR will cover the return shipping costs. If the goods are returned in their original, undamaged condition, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

We ship physical products worldwide. Delivery times within are typically 3–5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (insert your full business name, address, and email address) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

 

Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:

• the performance has begun, and

• you have expressly consented to the performance beginning before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

• you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun.

By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you expressly agree that we begin fulfillment of the contract before the withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that with the start of the download, you lose your right of withdrawal.
